SpyRho 555 是由海德堡大学 Murat Sunbul 课题组开发的 RNA 适体 RhoBAST 的荧光激活染料配体1)。该罗丹明染料具有细胞渗透性优异、荧光激活性强和光稳定性好的特点。凭借其与 RhoBAST 适体的高亲和力及快速结合/解离动力学特性,可有效解决活细胞 RNA 成像的主要难题。SpyRho 555 特别适用于宽场、共聚焦、STED 或类似 PAINT 技术的单分子定位显微成像。

SpyRho 555 可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、SiR 及 GFP 进行多色成像,使用标准TMR 或 Cy3 参数设置即可成像。*每份探针可满足 100 次染色实验需求。

Upon binding to RhoBAST aptamer, SpyRho 555 switches to the open form and becomes highly fluorescent.
