SPY700-FastAct™ 是基于 SPY™ 染料系列研发的一款高亮度远红荧光 F-肌动蛋白染色剂，具有荧光激发特性且无毒。其优化结构可在活细胞中实现高特异性、低背景的F-肌动蛋白标记。SPY700-FastAct™ 的独特优势在于能够标记高动态肌动蛋白（效果类似 LifeAct™**），且无需任何基因操作、转染或荧光蛋白过表达。该产品采用我们自主研发的高亮度、光稳定性优异的远红荧光团 SPY700，其性能远超传统荧光蛋白。
SPY700-FastAct™ 可与 SPY505、SPY555、SPY595、SPY650、GFP 或 m-cherry配合使用，实现多色成像。该探针兼容标准 Cy5 滤光片组，适用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。每份产品可满足 100 次染色实验需求*。
