SPY650-tubulin 是基于 SPYTM 染料系列开发的一种明亮、远红光、无毒的活细胞微管染色探针。其优化的结构能够快速标记活细胞中的微管，具有高度特异性和极低的背景信号。SPY650-tubulin 无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达即可染色活细胞中的微管。其吸收和发射光谱与 Cy5 相似。SPY650-tubulin 能够与 SPY505、SPY555、SPY595、SPY700、GFP 或 m-cherry 进行多色成像。SPY650-tubulin 可使用标准 Cy5 滤光片组进行成像。该探针可用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。每份探针可进行 100 次染色实验*。
