SPY555-Golgi 是一种新型高尔基体荧光活细胞探针。该探针基于 Saidjalolov 等人开发的天门冬氨酸衍生物高尔基体追踪剂1)，可在加入探针后最快 15 分钟内标记活细胞中的高尔基体。SPY555-Golgi 是一种高亮度、无毒、细胞膜渗透性优异且高度特异性的高尔基体荧光成像活细胞探针，无需任何细胞转染或基因操作。
产品包含 1 瓶冻干粉形式的 SPY555-Golgi，可配制 50μL 1000× DMSO 母液（满足 100 次染色*）。

SPY555-golgi 是基于 SPY™ 染料系列设计的一种明亮的、橙色、无毒活细胞高尔基体探针。其优化结构能够快速标记活细胞中的高尔基体，具有高特异性和低背景。SPY555-golgi 可在无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达的情况下染色活细胞中的高尔基体。其吸收和发射光谱与 Cy3 相似。SPY555-golgi 可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、GFP 或 m-cherry 进行多色成像。该探针可使用标准Cy3 设置成像，适用于活细胞和组织的共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。产品包含 1 瓶 SPY555-golgi（冻干粉）。*
