产品描述
SPY555-actin 是基于 SPYTM 染料系列研发的一款高亮度无毒活细胞/固定细胞F-肌动蛋白染色剂。其优化结构可实现活细胞和固定细胞中 F-肌动蛋白的快速标记，具有高特异性和极低背景特性。该产品无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达即可对活细胞或固定细胞的F-肌动蛋白进行染色。其吸收和发射光谱与四甲基罗丹明（TMR）相似。
SPY555-actin 可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、SiR 及 GFP 配合使用，实现多色成像。该探针兼容标准 TMR 或 Cy3 滤光片组，适用于活细胞/固定细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或STED 成像。每份产品可满足 100 次染色实验需求*。
