SPY505-CA（亦称 MaP510-Halo）是一种高亮度、荧光生成、细胞膜渗透性的绿色荧光氯代烷烃（CA）底物，专为 Halo-tag™* 标记而设计。
本产品包含 1 瓶冻干粉形式的 SPY505-CA（10 nmol），可配制 50 μL 1000 倍 DMSO 母液（满足 100 次染色**）。
产品描述
SPY505-CA 是 SPY505 荧光团的氯代烷烃（CA）衍生物。它在紫外-可见光谱的绿色区域发光，具有荧光增强特性、优异的细胞膜通透性，非常适合 STED 和 SIM 超分辨率成像。SPY505-CA 可使用标准 FITC 或 YFP 设置进行成像，适用于活细胞/固定细胞及组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。其结构与《Nature Chemistry》原始文献中使用的 MaP510-halo 完全相同。
氯代烷烃（CA）是自标记标签Halo-tag™ 的底物。当与 CA 衍生物反应时，Halo-tag™ 会与底物形成共价键，从而可将荧光标记永久连接到任何表达为 Halo-tag™* 融合的靶蛋白（POI）上。

**Based on the following conditions: 0.5 ml staining solution / staining experiment with 1x probe concentration. The number of staining experiments can be further increased by reducing the staining solution volume or the probe concentration.
