SiR-DNA kit

SiR-DNA（SiR-Hoechst*）是一种远红外荧光激发型、细胞膜渗透性优异且高度特异性的活细胞 DNA 探针，专用于细胞核及 DNA 的荧光成像。

产品包含 50 nmol SiR-DNA 和 1 μmol 维拉帕米（verapamil）。

产品描述

SiR-DNA（SiR-Hoechst*）是一种基于 DNA 小沟结合剂 bisbenzimide 的活细胞核染色探针，能够在活细胞中高特异性、低背景地标记 DNA。SiR-DNA 具有荧光激发特性、细胞渗透性优异且对 DNA高度特异，无需基因操作或过表达即可染色活细胞核。其远红外荧光发射可最小化光毒性和样品自发荧光。SiR-DNA 与 GFP 和/或 m-cherry 荧光蛋白兼容，是 DRAQ5 的无细胞毒性替代品。可使用标准 Cy5 滤光片组成像，适用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。**探针量可满足50-200次染色实验。

**Based on the following conditions: 0.5 – 1 ml staining solution / staining experiments with 0.5 – 1 uM probe concentration. The number of staining experiments can be further increased by reducing volume or probe concentration.
