Peroxi_SPY555 是一种新型独特的活细胞过氧化物酶体荧光探针1)。该探针可在加入后最快 15 分钟内高度特异性地标记活细胞中的过氧化物酶体。Peroxi_SPY555 是一种明亮、无毒、细胞膜渗透性优异且高度特异性的过氧化物酶体荧光成像活细胞探针，其使用方法简单：1.将探针加入细胞；2.数分钟后即可进行成像，无需任何转染操作。
产品包含 1 瓶冻干粉形式的 Peroxi_SPY555，可配制 50μL 1000× DMSO 母液（满足 100 次染色*）。

Peroxi_SPY555 是一种基于 SPY™ 染料系列的明亮橙色无毒活细胞过氧化物酶体探针。其优化结构能够快速、高特异性地标记活细胞和组织中的过氧化物酶体。该探针无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达即可染色活细胞中的过氧化物酶体。
Peroxi_SPY555 采用自主研发的明亮、光稳定性优异的橙色 SPY555 荧光团，其性能远超荧光蛋白。该探针可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、SiR 和 GFP 进行多色成像，兼容标准 TMR 或 Cy3 成像设置，适用于活细胞和组织的共聚焦显微镜（confocal）、结构光照明显微镜（SIM）或受激发射损耗显微镜（STED）成像。*每份产品可满足 100 次染色实验需求。
