产品描述
CPY-CA 是 荧光团carbopyronin（CPY）的氯代烷烃（CA）衍生物。该染料在紫外-可见光谱的红色区域发射荧光，具有高亮度、优异的细胞膜通透性，特别适合 STED 和 SIM 超分辨率成像。CPY-CA可在 600/20 nm（激发）和 640/40 nm（发射）的参数设置下进行成像，适用于活细胞/固定细胞及组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。
氯代烷烃（CA）是自标记标签 Halo-tag™ 的底物。当与 CA 衍生物反应时，Halo-tag™ 会与底物形成共价键，从而可将荧光标记永久连接到任何表达为 Halo-tag™* 融合的靶蛋白（POI）上。

**Based on the following conditions: 0.5 ml staining solution / staining experiment with 1x probe concentration. The number of staining experiments can be further increased by reducing the staining solution volume or the probe concentration.
