产品描述

SiR-tubulin 是基于微管结合药物 Docetaxel 开发的探针。SiR-tubulin 具有荧光增强性、细胞穿透性，并对微管具有高度特异性。SiR-tubulin 无需基因操作或过表达即可标记内源性微管。其远红光发射可最大程度减少光毒性和样品自发荧光。SiR-tubulin 与 GFP 和/或 m-cherry 荧光蛋白兼容，可使用标准 Cy5 滤光片组成像。SiR-tubulin 可用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。探针量可进行 50-200 次染色实验*。

本产品包含 1 瓶冻干粉形式的SPY700-tubulin，可配制 50μL 1000× DMSO母液（约可进行100次染色*）。

SPY700-tubulin 是基于 SPY™ 染料系列开发的一种明亮远红光、无毒的活细胞微管染色探针。其优化的结构能够快速标记活细胞中的微管，具有高度特异性和极低的背景信号。该探针无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达即可染色活细胞中的微管。SPY700-tubulin 能够与 SPY505、SPY555、SPY595、SPY650、SiR、GFP 和 mcherry 进行多色成像。虽然可以使用 Cy5 滤光片组进行成像，但最佳选择是使用 700 nm长通发射滤光片。该探针可用于活细胞、固定细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或STED 成像。每份探针可进行 100 次染色实验*。
