产品描述
SiR700-lysosome 是基于组织蛋白酶 D（cathepsin D）结合天然产物抑肽素 A（pepstatin A）开发的溶酶体探针。该探针具有荧光激活特性、优异的细胞膜渗透性以及对溶酶体的高度特异性，无需基因操作或过表达即可标记活细胞中的溶酶体。其远红外荧光发射可显著降低光毒性和样品自发荧光。SiR700-lysosome 与 GFP 和/或 m-cherry 荧光蛋白兼容，可使用标准 Cy5 滤光片组进行成像，适用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、结构光照明显微镜（SIM）或受激发射损耗显微镜（STED）成像。*每份探针可满足 50-200 次染色实验需求。
