SPY555-tubulin 是基于 SPYTM 染料系列中的一种明亮、无毒活细胞微管染色剂。其优化结构可实现活细胞微管的快速标记，具有高度特异性和极低背景信号。SPY555-tubulin 无需基因操作或荧光蛋白过表达即可标记活细胞微管。其吸收和发射光谱与四甲基罗丹明（TMR）相似。该探针可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、SiR 及 GFP 进行多色成像。使用标准 TMR 或 Cy3 滤光片组即可进行成像，适用于活细胞和组织的宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED 成像。每份探针可满足 100 次染色实验*。
