SiR-actin kit
SiR-actin 是一种具有荧光增强特性、细胞膜通透性且对F-肌动蛋白具有高度特异性的探针。
试剂盒包含 50 nmol SiR-actin 和 1 μmol 维拉帕米（verapamil）。

SiR-actin 基于天然产物 jasplakinolide 的 F-肌动蛋白结合特性开发而成，具有荧光增强性、细胞膜通透性，并对 F-肌动蛋白表现出高度特异性。该探针无需基因操作或过表达即可标记内源性 F-肌动蛋白。其远红光发射特性可显著降低光毒性和样本自发荧光，且与 GFP 和/或 mCherry 荧光蛋白兼容成像。使用标准 Cy5 滤光片组即可进行观测，适用于活细胞和组织样本的宽场、共聚焦（confocal）、结构光照明显微镜（SIM）及受激发射损耗显微镜（STED）成像。
