SPY555-FastAct™ 是一种全新且独特的活细胞荧光肌动蛋白探针。它既能标记高度动态的肌动蛋白丝，也能标记相对静态的肌动蛋白丝。SPY555-FastAct™ 具有高亮度、荧光增强特性、无毒、细胞膜渗透性强，并且对活细胞肌动蛋白荧光成像具有高度特异性。该探针无需转染，仅需将其加入细胞中，几小时后即可进行成像。
本品包含 1 管冻干粉形式的 SPY555-FastAct™，可配制 50 μL 1000× DMSO母液（满足 100次 染色*）。

SPY555-FastAct™ 是基于 SPY™ 染料系列开发的一种明亮、橙色、荧光增强且无毒的 F-肌动蛋白染色剂。其优化结构能够以高特异性和低背景标记活细胞中的 F-肌动蛋白。SPY555-FastAct™ 独特且无可比拟的特性在于它能标记高度动态的肌动蛋白，类似 LifeAct™**，但该探针无需任何基因操作、转染或荧光蛋白过表达。SPY555-FastAct™ 采用我们明亮、光稳定性强的橙色荧光团 SPY555，其性能远超荧光蛋白。
SPY555-FastAct™ 可与 SPY505、SPY595、SPY650、SPY700、SiR 及 GFP 进行多色成像，并可使用标准 TMR 或 Cy3 设置进行成像。它适用于活细胞和组织在宽场、共聚焦、SIM 或 STED显微镜下的成像。每份探针可满足 100次 染色实验*。
